Policies and Waivers
Cancellation due to Weather
- 
Safety concerns and play suspension are at the discretion of the Clinic and/or Camp committee and final to the Altitude Volleyball Director 
- 
Play may be cancelled for the following reasons: - 
Inclement weather 
- 
Extraordinary circumstances 
- 
Safety concerns 
- 
Other discretionary reason to clear the beach courts (i.e. darkness) 
 
- 
- 
Lighting Protocol - 
​All participants, team staff, spectators and volunteers must immediately evacuate the beach and go to cars or indoor facilities and DO NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER TREES 
- 
The area must be lighting free for 30 minutes (as per Environment Canada) before play resumes 
 
- 
- 
Cancellations will be communicated through text, email, social media and phone calls if required. 
- 
There will be no refunds offered due to conditions outside the control of Altitude Volleyball 
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 
A refund minus 10% administrative fee (in addition to the non-refundable transaction fee) from all refund/cancellation requests up until 14 days prior to the start of the clinic or camp. 
- 
There will be a 50% cancellation penalty (in addition to the non-refundable transaction fee) for any cancellation requested from 13 days to 7 days prior to the start of the clinic or camp 
- 
There will be no refund or credit issued for any reason for cancellations from 6 days prior to the clinic or camp 
- 
Once the program has started there will be no funds provided 
- 
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Club’s Director 
Waiver
- 
All athletes/parents/guardian shall complete a waiver prior to participation.
